Research

My research interests focus on narrative and computer games (especially in comparison to older media such as books and films) and on transmedia storytelling.

I am (amongst others) a member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), the Digital Games Research Association (DIGRA), the Serious Games Group Game2Learn  and Vrouwen ICT en Onderwijs (Women ICT and Education).
