Practical information

• Early Modern Culture includes four courses, with a total of 30 ECTS
• All courses are taught in the first semester of the academic year.
• The minor can be seen as one cohesive programme, or subjects can be chosen separately
• All courses are in English and open to both Dutch and international (exchange) students in the second and third years of their Bachelor’s programme
• No entry requirements. The courses are open to all students. They are specially recommended for students of History, Literature, Arts, Cultural Studies and Cultural Anthropology
• The courses are taught in different ways, so that students have a variety of lectures, laboratories and seminars, exams, presentations, assignments and papers

Excursions and classes on location are part of most of the courses
